3. Pricing & Payment

• • Prices are quoted based on project specifications.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (DZ), Stripe, PayPal, CIB, Edahabia, or cash (Alger only).

  • Transaction fees from payment providers may be charged to the client.

4. Delivery

• • Delivery time varies depending on the service.

  • Timelines are specified in the service proposal or quote.

  • KiBeyond commits to timely delivery, subject to client cooperation and provision of required materials.

  • Delays caused by the client's late communication, approval, or provision of materials will result in adjusted delivery dates.

5. Refunds

• • Partial refunds are possible within 48 hours of payment.

  • Beyond 48 hours, refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis depending on project progress.

  • No refunds are issued after full delivery and acceptance of the work.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• • Provide all necessary information and materials in a timely manner.

  • Communicate clearly and respond within reasonable delays.

  • Respect the agreed-upon payment schedule.

  • Confirm they hold the legal rights to use any materials provided to KiBeyond (texts, images, logos, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

• • All deliverables remain the property of KiBeyond until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client.

  • KiBeyond reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

KiBeyond agrees not to disclose any confidential information provided by the client without prior consent, except as required by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought.

If needed, disputes will be handled under Algerian law, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers, Algeria.
