Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which KiBeyond will issue refunds for services purchased.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Partial refunds are available within 48 hours of payment.

  • After 48 hours, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the progress of the project.

  • No refunds are granted once the service has been fully delivered and accepted by the client.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once started:

  • Domain name purchases or renewals

  • Web hosting services

  • Third-party software licenses or subscriptions

  • Marketing campaigns (ads, sponsored posts) once launched

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email at contact@kibeyond.com with:

  • Your name

  • Project reference or invoice number

  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 5 business days with our decision.

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (e.g., bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal).

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our decision, we encourage you to contact us to seek an amicable solution.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Algerian law and under the jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers, Algeria.
