Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales and services provided by KiBeyond (“we”, “our”, “us”) to any client (“you”, “your”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide:

  1. Digital Presence Setup – website creation, professional email, logo & branding.

  2. IT Support & Digitalization – system setup, software deployment, and process optimization.

  3. IT Project Deployment – implementation of business IT solutions.

  4. Company Formation Abroad – Assistance with creating legal entities.

  5. Digital Marketing & E-commerce – advertising, social media, and sales funnel creation.

  6. Importation of IT Hardware – sourcing and delivery of computer and tech equipment.

3. Ordering and Quotation

  • All requests must be made through our website, email, or official communication channels.

  • A quotation (“Quote”) will be sent based on your needs.

  • The Quote is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

  • Work begins only after written confirmation and payment according to the agreed terms.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are in Algerian Dinar (DZD) or other agreed currency.

  • Accepted payment methods: CIBEdahabia, bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or cash (in Algeria).

  • Payment terms are stated on the Quote or invoice.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required before starting the service.

5. Delivery and Execution Timelines

  • Estimated delivery times are communicated before project start.

  • Delays caused by the client (late documents, lack of feedback) extend delivery deadlines.

  • For importation services, delivery time depends on supplier and customs clearance.

6. Guarantees and Support

  • Digital services are delivered as per agreed specifications.

  • For websites, a 7-day correction period is provided after delivery for minor fixes.

  • Hardware warranties are provided according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

7. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  • Digital services: Refund possible within 48 hours after payment if work has not started (partial refund possible if work already started).

  • After delivery of digital work, no refund is possible.

  • Hardware: Refund or replacement possible only for defective products within the manufacturer’s warranty period.

  • All refunds are made using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Losses due to client’s misuse of the service.

  • Delays caused by third parties (hosting providers, suppliers, customs, etc.).

  • Data loss due to client negligence.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political events, internet outages).

10. Confidentiality

We keep all client information confidential, except when disclosure is required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All materials created by us remain our property until full payment is received.

  • Once payment is complete, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute will be settled by the Commercial Court of Algiers, unless another jurisdiction is agreed upon in writing.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a Quote or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
